We are currently recruiting on behalf of a friendly, close-knit team based in Richmond who are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join them on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive working environment, with flexibility to work across either 4 or 5 days per week.
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and delivering excellent service to customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order dispatch
- Monitoring orders and keeping customers updated where required
- Supporting with general administrative and office tasks
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and confident in communicating with customers and colleagues alike. You will ideally have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A confident and professional approach to customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
- Previous customer service experience (desirable, not essential)
