We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our client’s team in Middlesbrough. To ensure the efficient processing and dispatch of customer orders while collaborating with sales and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Sales Order packs are complete for processing
  • Attend contract meetings and manage projects
  • Prepare and monitor project timelines to meet obligations
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints
  • Oversee sales order correspondence from start to finish
  • Track progress weekly and report delays/issues
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance and health & safety
  • Resolve project-related problems internally and externally
  • Manage sub-let engineering, fabrication, and subcontract works
  • Provide customer updates on project status and resolutions
  • Facilitate communication across departments and meetings
  • Maintain client information registers
  • Track and report overdue orders with dispatch team
  • Identify supply chain delays and update reports

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring the smooth processing and dispatch of customer orders. Be able to collaborate effectively with sales and procurement teams and maintain clear communication with clients and internal departments.

Other information:

  • Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday
  • 25 days per year + 8 bank holidays (Pro-rata for part-time)
