We are currently working with a well-established, family-run food manufacturing business in Bedale who is looking to recruit a Production Operative to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment where quality, consistency and teamwork are key to delivering high-quality food products to customers.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be working on a fast-moving production line within a chilled food manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a production line in a chilled food manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure production targets and deadlines are met consistently.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and hygiene at all times.
  • Wear and correctly use all required PPE provided by the business.
  • Work as part of a team to support smooth and efficient production flow.
  • Follow all company health, safety and food safety procedures.

About You

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working on a production line in a chilled food manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to meet production deadlines and ensure orders are completed on time.
  • Comfortable working in a chilled production line environment.
  • Able to wear required PPE (provided by the business).

Desirable Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a meat product production facility.

Shift Pattern

8am until finish

This is an important role within the production team, helping to ensure high-quality products are produced safely, efficiently and to strict company standards.
