We are currently working with a well-established, family-run food manufacturing business in Bedale who is looking to recruit a Production Operative to join their growing team. The Role
As a Production Operative, you will be working on a fast-moving production line within a chilled food manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on a production line in a chilled food manufacturing environment.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met consistently.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and hygiene at all times.
- Wear and correctly use all required PPE provided by the business.
- Work as part of a team to support smooth and efficient production flow.
- Follow all company health, safety and food safety procedures.
About You
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working on a production line in a chilled food manufacturing environment.
- Ability to meet production deadlines and ensure orders are completed on time.
- Comfortable working in a chilled production line environment.
- Able to wear required PPE (provided by the business).
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience in a meat product production facility.
