A well-established organisation is looking to recruit a Customer Services & Pricing Coordinator to join its busy team in Peterlee. This is a varied administrative role combining pricing support, customer service, and account management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage pricing requests accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update internal systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Complete general administrative and housekeeping tasks to support the department
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and complaints
  • Respond to customer queries professionally and within agreed timescales
  • Liaise with internal teams to investigate customer issues and coordinate appropriate resolutions
  • Keep customers updated throughout the resolution process
  • Support wider Customer Services and Pricing teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or account management
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
