They’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage client payrolls using Xero. You’ll handle everything from new starters to year-end reporting and liaising with HMRC.
Key Responsibilities:- Process weekly/monthly payrolls (mainly in Xero)
- Manage pension auto enrolment and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.)
- Submit RTI, CIS returns, P11Ds, and year-end reports
- Respond to HMRC queries and client questions
- Experience working in Public Practice
- Experience in payroll (Xero experience a plus)
- High accuracy and data entry skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Team player who can also work independently
- Flexible working hours post-probation (core office hours 10am-4pm, 4 days a week).
