We are working exclusively with a successful and well-established estate agency to recruit an experienced Office Manager for their Colburn branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and organised individual with a background in estate agency who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the property sales process and be confident in managing a branch team, whilst delivering exceptional service to clients throughout their property journey.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing day-to-day leadership to the branch team, maintaining high standards and a collaborative working environment.
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure an efficient and positive client experience.
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from instruction to completion.
- Conducting market appraisals using local knowledge and professional insight to secure new business.
- Supporting sales performance through effective lead generation, negotiation, and management of the sales pipeline.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and guiding them through each stage of the process.
- Monitoring branch KPIs and contributing to business planning and reviews.

What We’re Looking For:
