Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator/Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain function within a growing and fast-paced business. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient procurement, planning, inventory management, and distribution of materials and products, while driving operational excellence and supporting continued business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain including procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and distribution
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned to business needs
- Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships and contracts
- Oversee forecasting, demand planning, and stock control to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Ensure material availability and support efficient production planning
- Coordinate logistics to improve delivery performance and reduce costs
- Monitor key KPIs including OTIF, supplier performance, and forecast accuracy
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures
- Lead and develop team members, promoting accountability and improvement
Key Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years supply chain/procurement/logistics management experience
- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
- Experience in forecasting, inventory management, and demand planning
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
