Recruitment Consultant, Accountancy & Finance Hybrid (WFH Fridays) | Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £30,000 - £45,000 +) Si Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Teesside team. We're open to applications from experienced recruiters or commercially minded individuals with experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles who are looking to build a career in recruitment. You'll take ownership of an established Accountancy & Finance desk, recruiting for roles ranging from Purchase Ledger Clerks through to Finance Directors across Middlesbrough, Stockton, Billingham, Redcar, Hartlepool, Peterlee and the surrounding areas. The Role This is a full 360 recruitment role, giving you responsibility for the entire recruitment process, including: Managing and developing an established client base. Winning new business and building lasting client relationships. Sourcing, interviewing and placing finance professionals. Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement. Providing a consultative recruitment service to both clients and candidates. What We're Looking For Recruitment experience, or experience in a commercial, sales or business development role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach. Ability to commute to our Northallerton or Harrogate office four days per week (working from home every Friday). What We Offer Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission. Established desk with existing clients. Hybrid working (home every Friday). 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays. 37-hour week, with 30+ hours considered for the right candidate.
