Our client is a busy, high-end joinery manufacturer producing bespoke kitchens, cabinetry, and interior joinery, alongside larger batch runs of cabinetry. Their work ranges from one-off detailed projects to repeatable production, all with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and consistency.
They are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join their workshop team. You will be working across a mix of bespoke one-off pieces and larger batch production jobs, assembling cabinets and joinery items to a high standard, using both CNC-produced components and traditional methods.
- Assembly of cabinets, carcasses, and bespoke joinery items
- Handling both one-off bespoke work and batch production runs
- Machining and fitting of components (doors, frames, panels, etc.)
- Use of workshop machinery (saws, edge banders, sanders, spindle moulders etc.)
- Maintaining consistent quality across multiple units
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Proven experience as a cabinet maker, bench joiner, or similar
- Good understanding of cabinet construction methods
