A well-established healthcare organisation delivering community-based clinical services across North Yorkshire is seeking an experienced and proactive Administrative Assistant to join its Clinical Services team. This is a varied and fast-paced role offering the opportunity to support a growing service and work closely with operational, governance, and project support colleagues. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of services while contributing to continuous improvements and service development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Clinical Services team
- Support meetings through minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-up coordination
- Maintain professional and confidential communication with colleagues, patients, and external stakeholders
- Carry out general office duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with ordering consumables and researching equipment requirements
- Support governance and compliance activities, including audits and mandatory training monitoring
- Help coordinate information from multiple service locations
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and evolving operational processes
- Travel occasionally across the local service area to support operational delivery
