A well established, family run business is looking to recruit a reliable and organised Administrator to support the day to day running of the office. This role sits at the heart of the business and will suit someone who enjoys customer contact, multitasking and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Acting as the first point of contact for customers via the phone and email
- Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the full customer journey
- Liaising with contractors to coordinate works and manage contracts
- Ordering bathroom parts and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Preparing and sending quotes to customers
- Checking deliveries against orders and resolving any discrepancies
- Reviewing plans and schedules to ensure works are correctly planned and aligned
- Keeping systems and records up to date
- Checking in with customers during and upon completion of works to ensure satisfaction
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
