We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in Sedgefield who is looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to join their growing and ambitious team. As Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee a mix of new and existing clients across the region. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and leading projects from enquiry through to completion. The role involves regular travel across the North East and weekly visits to the Sedgefield base. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service, maximise opportunities, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the region
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Meet key decision makers and influence purchasing decisions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Keep CRM records and sales reports accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Report regularly to senior management on performance and pipeline
About You
- Experienced sales professional with a proven track record in business development
- Confident, proactive, and organised, with strong relationship-building skills
- Experience in B2B sales, construction, modular solutions, or plant hire is advantageous
- Comfortable working independently and managing clients across a region
- Full UK driving licence required
