Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator/Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain function within a growing and fast-paced business. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient procurement, planning, inventory management, and distribution of materials and products, while driving operational excellence and supporting continued business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain including procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and distribution
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned to business needs
  • Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships and contracts
  • Oversee forecasting, demand planning, and stock control to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Ensure material availability and support efficient production planning
  • Coordinate logistics to improve delivery performance and reduce costs
  • Monitor key KPIs including OTIF, supplier performance, and forecast accuracy
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures
  • Lead and develop team members, promoting accountability and improvement

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years supply chain/procurement/logistics management experience
  • Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
  • Experience in forecasting, inventory management, and demand planning
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • ERP/MRP and advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
