An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join a long-established and highly respected professional services organisation with multiple offices across the Teesside area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and staff development
- Managing the day-to-day operations of multiple office locations
- Overseeing office management, facilities, supplier relationships and service providers, including IT and telecommunications
- Developing and improving operational systems, processes and administrative functions
- Supporting compliance, governance and risk management activities
- Working closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and business performance
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree or equivalent professional qualification
- A legal background or previous experience working within a law firm or legal environment
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance and operational management
- The ability to manage multiple priorities across several office locations
- A solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
- A professional, xgikmsk confident and approachable management style
What's on Offer
- Salary of £40,000£50,000 depending on experience
- 35-hour working week.
