We are working with a highly respected manufacturing business in Stokesley who is looking to recruit a Manufacturing Engineering Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. The business is entering an exciting growth phase, offering genuine scope to influence strategy and drive operational performance.

Reporting to the Operations Director and forming part of the Operations Management Team, you will lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians, ensuring strong engineering support across production, NPI and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Manufacturing Engineering team, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical support to resolve complex manufacturing challenges across production and existing products.
  • Drive DFM throughout the NPI lifecycle, ensuring smooth transition into production.
  • Manage KPIs, budgets and performance metrics in line with business objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with Design, Projects, Supply Chain and Operations.

Degree qualified in Engineering (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in a Manufacturing Engineering Manager or senior-level role. Background in electronic or electro-mechanical manufacturing. CAD experience.
