We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established global manufacturing business in Stokesley who is looking to appoint a Sales Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a newly created role working with the Sales team, and would suit an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys supporting sales teams, dealing with customers, and working with data. You will be a key enabler for Sales Account Managers, helping grow the UK sales pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day sales administration support, including order processing and quotations
- Maintaining CRM systems (Salesforce), ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales data
- Acting as first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
- Supporting UK Sales Account Managers with administrative and coordination tasks
- Liaising with internal departments, including technical support, to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Promoting a customer-first approach and managing changing sales priorities
- Producing sales data analysis, reports, and basic visualisations to support decision-making
- Developing an understanding of the company’s core products and solutions
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a sales administration or sales support role
- Strong administrative, organisational, and customer service skills
- Confident IT user with experience of CRM systems and data handling
- Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Desirable:
- Further business-related qualification
- Experience supporting remote or field-based sales teams
- Basic commercial awareness and data analysis experience
