Job Description
My client, a well-established and forward-thinking business with over 20 years of experience, is currently seeking a Management Accountant to join their friendly finance team in Stokesley.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and making a real impact. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations, providing accurate reporting, and supporting strategic planning as the business continues to grow both in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor and manage cash flow
- Reconcile control accounts and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Contribute to month-end and year-end processes
- Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
Person Specification:
- Part-qualified or fully qualified (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA), or qualified by experience
- Previous experience in a similar management accounting role
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Excel and experienced with accounting software

- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Salary: £35,000-£45,000
