An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join a long-established and highly respected professional services organisation with multiple offices across the Teesside area.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and staff development
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of multiple office locations
  • Overseeing office management, facilities, supplier relationships and service providers, including IT and telecommunications
  • Developing and improving operational systems, processes and administrative functions
  • Supporting compliance, governance and risk management activities
  • Working closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and business performance

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • A legal background or previous experience working within a law firm or legal environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance and operational management
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities across several office locations
  • A solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
