?? Contract: Permanent Are you an experienced payroll and bookkeeping professional looking for your next opportunity within an accountancy practice? We're looking for someone with strong, hands-on experience in payroll, VAT and bookkeeping who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact within an established team.
The Role:
Processing payroll for a portfolio of clients using Sage Payroll. Preparing and submitting VAT returns. Completing bookkeeping duties and maintaining accurate financial records. Managing workloads effectively and ensuring deadlines are met. Providing support to the wider team, including holiday cover where required. About You:
Proven experience in both payroll and VAT/bookkeeping is essential. Sage Payroll experience is highly desirable. A background in an accountancy practice is preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. Flexibility to work Fridays when required to provide team cover.
