Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for your next opportunity within a friendly and professional legal practice? Our client is a well established law firm seeking a Legal Secretary to support their Wills, Probate and Conveyancing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous legal secretarial experience who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and providing high levels of support to both clients and fee earners. Key Responsibilities: Typing legal documents, correspondence and reports Managing case files and maintaining accurate client records Supporting fee earners with wills, probate and conveyancing matters Preparing legal documentation and liaising with clients and third parties Handling file administration and financial processes Providing telephone support and general administrative assistance The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Wills, Probate or Conveyancing Strong audio and copy typing skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Experience using legal case management systems Professional and confident communication skills Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team If this role is of interest, please click apply or contact Katie Kendall in the Northallerton office for further information.
