Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for your next opportunity within a friendly and professional legal practice? Our client is a well established law firm seeking a Legal Secretary to support their Wills, Probate and Conveyancing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous legal secretarial experience who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and providing high levels of support to both clients and fee earners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Typing legal documents, correspondence and reports
  • Managing case files and maintaining accurate client records
  • Supporting fee earners with wills, probate and conveyancing matters
  • Preparing legal documentation and liaising with clients and third parties
  • Handling file administration and financial processes
  • Providing telephone support and general administrative assistance

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Wills, Probate or Conveyancing
  • Strong audio and copy typing skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using legal case management systems
  • Professional and confident communication skills
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
