Responsibilities:
- Managing cases from approval through to completion while maintaining pace and attention to detail
- Handling multiple priorities and keeping workflows moving efficiently
- Coordinating between customers, colleagues and external partners to meet deadlines
- Delivering clear, proactive communication throughout the customer journey
- Identifying and resolving issues quickly to minimise delays
- Building strong relationships and maintaining excellent service standards
- Ensuring processes are followed accurately and compliantly
- Supporting inbound enquiries and managing requests effectively
