Audit Senior Associate to join a growing audit team, working with an impressive and varied portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.

The Role
As an Audit Senior Associate, you'll take ownership of audit assignments from planning through to completion, working closely with managers, partners and clients to deliver a high-quality service.
Responsibilities include
- Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Acting as the main day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing excellent service.
- Managing audit fieldwork, reviewing work and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts in line with UK accounting standards.
- Working closely with managers and partners to deliver high-quality audit and advisory services.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members throughout audit assignments.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of audit processes and team initiatives.
- Becoming involved in wider advisory and project work where opportunities arise.
- Managing a portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities to add value and strengthen relationships.
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CA qualification.
- Previous experience leading audit assignments within an accountancy practice.
- Strong knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards.
- Experience preparing and reviewing statutory accounts.
- Knowledge of IFRS and FRS 102 would be advantageous.
- Experience working with consolidated accounts would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Experience using audit and accounts software would be advantageous.
- A full UK driving licence would be beneficial, as some travel to client sites may be required.
