An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join a growing, ambitious organisation with a global reach, located in Northallerton. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in delivering creative and data-driven marketing campaigns across events, membership offerings, and digital platforms.

This role offers excellent exposure across email marketing, CRM, websites, and content creation, making it ideal for a proactive marketer looking to develop their skills, take ownership of campaigns, and make a visible impact within a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns, managing copy, design, automation, testing and optimisation.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content for email, websites, social media and marketing materials.
  • Manage and optimise websites and landing pages to improve engagement, conversions and user experience.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time, within budget and to brand standards.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials for events, membership initiatives and campaigns.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, sharing insights to improve engagement and lead generation.
  • Contribute to brand development and wider marketing projects, supporting continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Sales, Events, Operations and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and current digital trends.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable).
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Website content management experience.
  • Strong copywriting and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Basic understanding of design principles and Adobe Creative Suite.
