Are you an experienced lettings professional? We're looking for a confident and driven Lettings Manager to lead a busy lettings department, oversee the day-to-day operation of the team, and play a key role in driving business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, developing a successful team, and delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

As Lettings Manager, you will take ownership of the lettings department, ensuring the smooth running of the entire lettings process while identifying opportunities to grow the business. You'll work closely with the directors to shape the future of the department and maintain the high standards the business is known for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the full lettings process from instruction through to tenant move-in.
  • Carrying out rental valuations and winning new landlord instructions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and investors.
  • Leading, coaching and motivating the lettings team to achieve targets.
  • Managing a portfolio of properties and maximising occupancy levels.
  • Negotiating tenancy agreements and rental terms.
  • Ensuring the business remains compliant with current lettings legislation and industry regulations.
  • Handling complex tenancy matters and acting as the senior point of contact for escalated issues.
  • Working closely with the directors to develop business strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
About You
  • Previous experience within residential lettings, ideally in a senior or management position.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach to business development.
  • A thorough understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • ARLA or other industry qualifications (desirable but not essential).
