We are currently recruiting for a Junior Administrator to join a friendly and fast-paced office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate or college leaver looking to start their career in administration. Full training will be provided, and you will gain exposure to a wide range of office processes, client interaction, and administrative systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and directing queries appropriately
  • Meeting and greeting clients and supporting front-of-house duties
  • Assisting with meeting room preparation and office presentation
  • Scanning, filing, and general document management
  • Supporting client onboarding and completion of basic checklists
  • Assisting with data entry and updating spreadsheets
  • Booking jobs into internal tracking systems
  • Chasing documents and supporting general client follow-ups
  • Assisting with basic billing and administrative processing
  • Supporting general office and facilities tasks (supplies, upkeep, organisation)
