Key Responsibilities
- Provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, L&D, and offboarding
- Support the rollout and optimisation of a new HR system
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with UK employment law and internal standards
- Draft and review HR procedures, policies, and communications
- Act as a key contact for HR queries from employees and managers
- Assist with wider HR projects and support cross-site collaboration, including occasional travel
About You
Essential
- Solid generalist HR experience including recruitment, ER, L&D, and wellbeing
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation
