We are working with a leading property services organisation in Stockton-on-Tees to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality facilities management services across a diverse property portfolio.

We are looking for people with experience within commercial property or managing a property portfolio.

This role involves managing day-to-day facilities operations, coordinating maintenance and repair works, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring excellent service delivery for clients, occupiers and contractors.

Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of allocated properties, including inspections, maintenance and operational requirements Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works from assessment through to completion Manage contractor relationships, monitor performance and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales Arrange and attend site inspections, meetings and property visits, ensuring actions are followed up Manage remedial works, including quotations, costs, contractor coordination and progress monitoring Ensure compliance records, documentation and maintenance schedules are accurately maintained Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders Support reporting, performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives Respond to urgent facilities issues and provide practical on-site support when required

You will have: Proven experience within facilities management, maintenance or property services Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail Experience within commercial property, a multi-site environment or managing a property portfolio

17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding 30-minute lunch break) Holiday: 24 days per annum +
