Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a new and rewarding role? I am assisting a Darlington based client with their recruitment of a HR Advisor to join their team on a full time and permanent basis; however, part time hours will be considered for the right candidate.
As the successful candidate, you will be a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver sound HR advice independently, knowing when to seek support. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and driven to complete tasks efficiently. You should be comfortable managing client relationships with professionalism, confident in both making and receiving calls, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
- Develop and tailor HR documentation to meet the unique needs of our diverse client base.
- Stay abreast of legislative changes, ensuring clients are well-informed and compliant.
- Design and implement custom HR policies, contracts, and performance management tools.
- Lead audits, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and other client-focused meetings.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure ongoing compliance with current laws.
- Accurately maintain client records using our CRM system.
- Deliver high-quality advice on HR best practices through phone consultations and in-person meetings.
- CIPD Level 5 is essential
- At least 2 years of recent, relevant HR experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full, clean drivers licence
