Client Managers (UK Accountants)

As a Client Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, offering expert advice, and ensuring compliance with UK tax and accounting standards. You’ll work closely with individuals and businesses, providing support on everything from tax planning and financial reporting to strategy and statutory obligations.
This is a hands-on role for accountants who enjoy building client relationships and solving financial challenges in a collaborative environment.

- Manage a portfolio of clients including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and financial reports in accordance with UK regulations.
- Advise clients on tax planning, budgeting, and growth strategies.
- Ensure up-to-date compliance with UK tax laws and financial standards.
- Mentor junior team members and help improve internal processes.
- Deliver outstanding client service through clear communication and responsive support.

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience working in a UK-based accountancy firm or similar role.
- A UK accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and stay current with UK financial legislation.
