We are working closely with a prestigious business that provides professional business services to a variety of clients across North Yorkshire, and they are looking for an experienced Payroller/Accounts Admin to join their busy team. This is a wonderful opportunity to join their team with the purpose of managing your own portfolio and reporting to the Head of Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- To manage a portfolio of clients' accounts
- Processing client payrolls, including seasonal workers
- Reconcile and enter pension contributions
- Collate payroll reports including P60 & P45s
- Ensure compliance with HMRC
- Assist with invoicing and ledgers when required
Requirements/Experience:
- Minimum of AAT L3, or equivalent in experience
- Experience of Farm accounts preferred but not essential
- Experience of accounts software
- Good level of numeracy and analytical skills
