Responsibilities:
- Confirming learner bookings in line with internal KPIs
- Calling managers to verify learner attendance
- Managing updates for early or non-arrivals in our system
- Liaising with hotels and venues regarding apprentice requirements
- Reviewing self-managed venues and providing feedback to account managers
- Supporting feedback collection and issue resolution
- Providing training to hotels and clients on our booking platform (HG One Stop)
- Managing the Apprentice inbox, responding to queries efficiently
- Supporting the RFQ process and helping chase venue responses
- Contributing to the success of the wider Apprentice team
Requirements:
- Previous admin or office-based experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Great time management and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
- Comfortable working across multiple systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software
