The role In this position, you will help keep finance operations running smoothly during an ERP migration. This is a varied, hands-on project where your accounting expertise will make an immediate difference. Working closely with the local finance team, the shared service centre and the project team, you will bring structure, accuracy and continuity to day-to-day accounting. Your focus will be general ledger accounting, reconciliations, fixed assets and customer accounting. Key responsibilities Process invoices, accounting documents, customer debit and credit notes, and other general ledger entries Support month-end close, including accruals and clearing activities Perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Maintain fixed asset records and monitor capital expenditure, capitalisation and depreciation Follow up on customer deductions, rebate settlements, blocked orders and employee expense transactions Support transaction testing, identify process issues and document follow-up actions during the integration About you Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience 3 to 5 years' experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations and month-end close Experience with fixed assets, customer accounting or payroll-related accounting is an asset Comfortable with Excel and ERP systems, SAP preferable Structured, hands-on and able to work independently while collaborating with different stakeholders Drive and motivation, which will make all the difference What's in it for you A hands-on 9-month assignment with a clear impact on daily finance operations A varied scope covering general ledger accounting, reconciliations and fixed assets Close collaboration with experienced finance and project colleagues in an international environment For more information, please get in touch with Nicola at Si Recruitment TPBN1_UKTJ
