We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Polymer Solutions to support the commercial growth and customer engagement efforts across our Polymer Solutions business in the EMEA region. This role focuses on driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver commercial excellence. Reporting to the Regional Sales Leader, this position involves some European travel (10–20%) for customer visits, tradeshows, and regional meetings.
Responsibilities include:
- Achieve annual sales targets in volume and landed material margin through effective territory and account management.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all customer interactions, pipeline opportunities, and financial information within Salesforce (SFDC).
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Technical Service Managers, and Sales Leaders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Understand market dynamics and customer strategies to contribute insights to commercial planning.
- Manage pricing and commercial terms to maintain or improve profitability.
- Proactively monitor sales contracts, ensuring compliance and value optimization.
- Assist in complaint resolution and corrective actions in line with company procedures.
- Collaborate with the Sales Support team to maintain accurate forecasts and contribute to effective demand planning using tools like APO.
- Support the account receivables process and participate in weekly cash calls as needed.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of pricing, cost drivers, and delivering profitable growth.
Sales Drive: Motivated to prospect, close deals, and grow both new and existing accounts.
Confident with ERP/SAP (Sales), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
Experience: 2+ years in a commercial or customer-facing role; Bachelor’s degree required.
Languages: Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Willing to travel within Europe (10–20%) and work occasional non-standard hours.
