Our Head of Sales is stepping upto lead SHY's expansion into North America.
This role takes the reins of one ofprivate aviation's most dynamic sales teams in Europe, at a point of genuinegrowth.

- Reporting Line
- Reports to: Commercial Director
- Weeklyone-to-one meetings, coaching sessions and performance reviews with the salesteam
- Dailymonitoring of individual and team KPIs — gross profit, conversion, forecastaccuracy
- Directinvolvement in complex quotations, margin review and VIP requests
- Personalownership of key strategic accounts and VIP escalations
- Closecollaboration with flight planning and management across aircraft sourcing, operator suitability, and disruption management
