Job Description
The Role
We are seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Lifestyle Manager to lead and grow our team.
This is a client-facing role requiring outstanding communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate client needs before they arise.
You will manage a portfolio of UHNW clients while delivering bespoke lifestyle solutions across travel, dining, entertainment and personal services.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex requests and be passionate about delivering world-class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of UHNW clients
- Build trusted long-term relationships through exceptional service
- Understand each client's personal preferences and anticipate future needs
- Act as the primary point of contact across all lifestyle requests
- Ensure every interaction reflects SHY Lifestyle's luxury brand standards
Manage requests including
- Luxury hotel reservations
- Restaurant bookings worldwide
- Private jet and helicopter charters
- Event tickets (sports, concerts, theatre)
- VIP access and hospitality
- Family travel arrangements
- Travel Planning
- Source luxury accommodation
- Coordinate flights, transfers and logistics
- Arrange visas where required
- Monitor travel and proactively manage schedule changes
- Develop and maintain relationships with luxury hotels, security providers and luxury retailers
- Negotiate preferential rates and VIP amenities wherever possible
- Operations
- Manage requests efficiently using the company CRM
- Maintain accurate client profiles and preferences
- Ensure all bookings are confirmed accurately
- Monitor ongoing trips and bookings
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally

- Business Development
- Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement
- Promote additional services where appropriate

Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury concierge, lifestyle management, luxury travel or private aviation and experience in leading a team
- Experience working with UHNW clientele
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Existing luxury hospitality network
- Knowledge of private aviation and yacht charter
- Experience with GDS systems
- Experience within a luxury travel agency, family office or concierge company
