To be responsible for the effective facilities management of a designated portfolio of properties, ensuring that each property is maintained to a high standard, statutory and health and safety obligations are met, and services are delivered in line with client expectations, agreed budgets and service level requirements. The role will be supporting the Head of FM in the day-to-day management of the FM team, including providing guidance to colleagues, assisting with workload prioritisation, monitoring service delivery and acting as a key point of support for operational queries. The role will also deputise for the Head of FM when required, helping to maintain continuity of leadership, decision-making and client service across the FM function.
