To work within the Property Management accounts department to deliver a RICS compliant, flexible and efficient accounts facility to the Property Management Division.

To work effectively as part of the property management accounts team. Aid with the call rota – average 1x shift per week.
Key responsibilities
- Producing a large volume of standard monthly and quarterly client statements.
- Transferring of client funds via the property management software then via on-line banking.
- Dealing with client, property manager and tenant queries.
- Assistance with the closing of old and the creation of new managements – interpreting financial data from previous agents and providing reconciliations to pass over to new agents.
- Assistance towards producing non-standard monthly and quarterly client statements.
- Assistance towards the preparation of VAT returns.
- Providing cover to daily system reconciliation and monthly RICS reconciliation.

Knowledge, skills and experience required
- High level of experience in an accounts office environment, with that experience weighted towards the property management accounts sector.
- A wide variety of accounts based experience is particularly sought.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficient in a variety of software systems and quick to learn new systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
