Kiwa Product Compliance are inviting applications for the role of Sales Administrator to support our sales function through efficient administration, coordination, and process management. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate sales documentation, ensuring CRM data integrity, and supporting the smooth execution of sales processes from quotation through to delivery. This is a hybrid role, based in Aylesbury.

Overview

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations and sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
  • Support order processing and coordinate handovers to operational teams
  • Produce and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity tracking
  • Coordinate communication between sales, operations, finance, and customers
  • Respond to customer and internal administrative enquiries
  • Support compliance with company processes and procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales administration processes

Responsibilities

  • An understanding of sales and order management processes
  • Confident using CRM systems (such as Dynamics 365) and Microsoft applications
  • Good commercial awareness, including pricing and governance processes
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills

£30,600 per annum

Generous Annual Leave – Starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy additional leave and increased entitlement with length of service

37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, hybrid role
