Kiwa Watertec have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage customer projects, undertaking project planning and overall project management from start to completion. This position is based at our Ebbw Vale office, with hybrid working.

Overview

  • Provide end to end client support for projects
  • Act as the intermediary between client and Laboratory and/or certification team
  • Provide appropriate technical support for projects
  • Analyse customer requirements and recommend solutions
  • Prepare and review documentation to generate proposals
  • Lead technical presentations and customer meetings
  • Support the business development team and manage key accounts
  • Participate in client meetings
  • Attend trade shows, and industry events
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
  • Provide awareness of customer demands and trends
  • Understand early-stage opportunities before formal project begins
  • Ensure projects are viable and operationally deliverable
  • Understand and communicate potential delivery risks
  • Collaborate with Sales and Project management teams to ensure customer requirements are met

Responsibilities

  • Understanding of Water related regulatory requirements and trends
  • Familiarity of UK testing and certification schemes in water related sector
  • Knowledge of capacity, utilisation, and service constraints
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Good knowledge of typical IT tools (Microsoft Office etc)
  • A technical or practical understanding of water related products/fittings
  • An understanding of working within ISO17025 & ISO17065 environment
  • An understanding of UK water fittings regulations (desirable)
  • Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal relations at all levels
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work and reach targets set independently (Self Starting)
  • Relevant experience of managing customers
