In this role, you will support pricing operations by ensuring accurate and timely coordination of pricing activities across customers and internal teams. Acting as a key link between Sales, Commercial, Finance, and customers, you will help maintain data accuracy, support pricing processes, and ensure consistency across the business. What you’ll do:
- Support the coordination of pricing activities across customers and internal teams
- Maintain and update price lists and pricing data within internal systems
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, tenders, and pricing scenarios
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in pricing data and reports
- Work with pricing data and reports to support day‑to‑day business activities
- Follow structured processes and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Sales, Commercial, Finance) to support pricing tasks
- Interact with customers where required, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Collaborate with UK & Ireland teams to support alignment across pricing activities
- Contribute to improving pricing processes and ways of working
Who we’re looking for:
- Early-career professional (around 3 years’ experience) with exposure to finance, data analysis, commercial support, or reporting environments
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and numbers
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. working with data, basic analysis, reporting)
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
- Key soft skills include being organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail, good communication skills to build relationships, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
Location: Belfast, UK
Contract: Permanent, full‑time
