Kiwa Product Compliance (KPC) is seeking a part-time Commercial Operations Assistant for 20 hours per week to support daily operations. This hybrid role is based in Aylesbury and involves preparing sales documentation, maintaining records, managing sales components, and generating reports.
Overview:
Commercial Operations
- Set up new customers and projects in Microsoft Dynamics, including collecting documents and supporting due diligence.
- Maintain accurate invoice tracking and coordinate with finance.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure project costs are correctly recorded.
- Assist Project Managers with project closures and data reconciliation.
- Support the Credit Control team with invoice queries and external audits.
- Help Project and Account Managers with reports and ad hoc queries.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the Administration team.
- Maintain the customer sample database with accurate shipment records.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in financial and administrative support environments.
- Processing customer documentation like order acknowledgements, invoices, and credit notes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to balance customer, shareholder, and colleague needs.
- Problem-solving, resilience, and teamwork skills.
