Kiwa Building Products is seeking an experienced Auditor to join their dynamic team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in technical auditing and reporting, preferably in line with ISO 9001 and BS EN ISO/IEC 17020 standards. This is a UK field-based role, with four days dedicated to on-site auditing and one day allocated for administrative work from home.

Overview:

To plan, organise, execute and report the necessary inspections in relation to, and in accordance with BS EN ISO/IEC 17020:

  • Kiwa Installer Assessment and Surveillance Schemes.
  • Kiwa BDA Agrément Annual Verification FPC and Distribution Model Quality Management System Audits.
  • To mentor and train colleagues and plan visits in accordance with the Kiwa Quality Management Plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience of technical auditing and reporting is essential, preferably in accordance with ISO 9001 and BS EN ISO/IEC 17020.
  • Knowledge of construction products and processes would be beneficial.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work and reach targets set independently.
  • Relevant experience of managing customers.
  • Relevant experience of balancing the needs of Customers, Shareholders and Employees.
  • Willingness to travel frequently when needed (approximately 4 days a week).
  • Dynamism, aptitude for problem solving and teamwork, persistence, accuracy, practicality, reliability, flexibility, and results oriented.
  • Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal relations at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Generous Annual Leave – Starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy additional leave and increased entitlement with length of service.
  • 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, UK field-based position (national travel with the occasional international).
