Term Time only
Salary: £25,989 - £28,142 full time equivalent; £19,304 - £20,902 pro rata.
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 8-3pm Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Support students both inside and outside the classroom.
- Deliver small group interventions.
- Offer one-to-one support for students with Education Health Care Plans.
- Establish positive relationships with children and staff.
- Contribute to a highly motivated team that aims to give all students access to a broad and balanced curriculum.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to relate to students in a calm and engaging manner.
- A positive attitude and ability to be an excellent role model.
- An awareness of how children learn and progress.
- Level 2 qualification or qualified by experience alongside Maths & English GCSE Grade 5 or higher.
- Previous experience of supporting students within a classroom environment is desirable but not essential.
