This pivotal role is central to ensuring exceptional SEND provision across a year group, working closely with students, families and staff while providing leadership and support to Teaching Assistants to help every student achieve their full potential.

- Lead and coordinate SEND provision across a year group
- Manage and support a team of Teaching Assistants
- Coordinate interventions, assessments and referrals
- Work closely with students, families, staff and external agencies
- Support EHCP processes, reviews and transition arrangements
- Has experience working with children and in a classroom environment
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
- Has a strong commitment to inclusion
- Can lead, motivate and develop others
- Is passionate about improving outcomes for students with additional needs
