What You’ll Do
- Attend service appointments and resolve customer issues with professionalism and care
- Carry out installations when required, maintaining the highest standard of finish
- Provide clear, confident communication to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Support our wider fitting team to help maintain our reputation for quality
What You’ll Need
- Previous shutter experience required
- A positive, solution‑led mindset and strong attention to detail
- Methodical, tidy and reliable approach to every task
As part of onboarding, every team member spends time understanding our in‑home consultation and installation process, where trust and customer care are essential.
