What you’ll be doing:
- Learning hands‑on from experienced installers from day one
- Working in our purpose‑built training facility and on real customer installations
- Developing practical skills such as measuring, fitting, finishing, and problem‑solving
- Understanding how a professional business operates across warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer service
- Building confidence working in customers’ homes and delivering high‑quality workmanship
- Progressing through a structured training plan with clear milestones and sign‑off at each stage
This is a 12-month programme combining practical learning, real work, and continuous development.

- Safe use of tools and professional installation techniques
- How to fit shutters across all styles including bays, shapes, and track systems
