We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and self-driven individual to join our Shutterly Fabulous® Field Management team. This is a field-based role, managing and developing a group of employed and self-employed Shutter Specialists across our South region and playing a key role in supporting the fast growth of a dynamic and agile business. The South region covers Devon to Kent (and excludes London).

Qualifications
- Current / Recent Field-based sales-management experience
- Experience of leadership to achieve sales and associated targets and to support colleagues in creating successful business outcomes.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional and agile approach, coupled with great people skills and commerciality.
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Works well as part of a team
- Ability to work in, and adapt to, a rapidly changing environment
- UK Driving Licence
- Experience working in FMCG environment
- Experience of Sales, Surveying, and Installing window coverings
- Understanding of self-employed business owners
Our ideal candidate would live within the region to minimise travel and support a good work/home integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong direction, mentoring, and motivation to the team to enable each to develop and succeed in their business.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to enhance sales, productivity, and efficiency across all locations.
- Periodically accompany Specialists on customer visits, providing feedback and guidance where required.
- Enable training and support to ensure the team are fully able to provide excellent customer service with a particular focus on commercial performance in line with business objectives.
- Identify skill gaps and develop and deliver coaching to support where necessary.
- Grow our performance through people including recruitment & selection and performance management.
- Play a leading role in onboarding new Specialists, ensuring all aspects of training are completed and expected behaviours are embedded.
- Ensure the team are proficient in using our systems to enable them to survey and install accurately each job on site.
- Work closely with TCMM support teams to ensure systems meet the needs of the Specialist team.
- Provide regular analysis to the Head of Retail and Senior Leadership Team on KPIs and metrics, identifying areas of concern, focus and follow up.
- Communicating customer and operational feedback to the team and management, identifying areas of concern and subsequent performance management.
- Resolve escalated customer service issues and provide comprehensive report to the Customer Service team.
- Work closely with your Head of Retail and Retail Operations Manager to ensure inter office/field communication and requirements are well managed.
This role requires travel across the region (Devon to Kent) and will require occasional overnight stays. You may be required to provide cover for other Regional Managers from time to time which may incur further travel across the UK. The Regional Manager role is based around a 70% field / 30% home office expectation.

- Base salary up to £45k plus Bonus to £8000 (on target)
