Job Responsibilities:
- Advising customers face to face in the store, over the phone, online, and via email
- Renting storage rooms, merchandise sales, and achieving required targets
- Supporting existing customers with queries and issues
- Store maintenance duties and cleaning
- General administrative activities and contract management
- Support for the smooth operation of our stores
Candidate Profile:
- Retail/commercial work experience (e.g. consultative sales or customer service)
- Enjoy advising and convincing customers
- Ability to work alone and in a team
- Reliable, honest, and committed
- Interest in further training and promotion opportunities
- Willingness to keep the warehouse clean
- Desirable: Microsoft Office skills (Outlook and Word)
