Job Responsibilities:
- Advising customers face to face in the store, over the phone, online, and via email.
- Renting storage rooms, merchandise sales, and achieving required targets.
- Supporting existing customers with queries and issues.
- Store maintenance duties and cleaning.
- General administrative activities and contract management.
- Support for the smooth operation of our stores.
Candidate Profile:
- Ideally have retail/commercial work experience (e.g. consultative sales or customer service).
- Enjoy advising and convincing customers.
- Ability to work alone and in a team.
- Reliable, honest, and committed.
- Interest in further training and promotion opportunities.
- Willingness to keep the warehouse clean.
- Desirable: Microsoft Office skills (Outlook and Word).
