Job Responsibilities:

  • Advising customers face to face in the store, over the phone, online, and via email.
  • Renting storage rooms, merchandise sales, and achieving required targets.
  • Supporting existing customers with queries and issues.
  • Store maintenance duties and cleaning.
  • General administrative activities and contract management.
  • Support for the smooth operation of our stores.

Candidate Profile:

  • Ideally have retail/commercial work experience (e.g. consultative sales or customer service).
  • Enjoy advising and convincing customers.
  • Ability to work alone and in a team.
  • Reliable, honest, and committed.
  • Interest in further training and promotion opportunities.
  • Willingness to keep the warehouse clean.
  • Desirable: Microsoft Office skills (Outlook and Word).
