About the Role
As the District Manager you will recruit, coach and manage a motivated team of high‑performing property managers across all districts.
You will drive performance, ensure exceptional customer service, and meet or exceed monthly business objectives.
- What we expect from you
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills, ideally proven as a Regional or District Manager in retail, hotel or restaurant sectors.
- Proven ability to coach and develop staff across multiple sites, manage customer demands and resolve issues.
- Business acumen, initiative and the drive to meet or exceed set targets.
- Excellent communication, responsibility and flexibility.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
